Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs
Each seller charges $5.00 flat rate shipping. If you order from multiple sellers, you'll pay $5.00 per seller. This fee helps sellers cover packaging and shipping materials.
Delivery Times
Most sellers ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Sellers may offer expedited shipping options.
Tracking
Track your order status in your Order History. You'll receive email updates when your order is processed and shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Because we connect you directly with independent growers, return policies may vary by seller. In general:
- Damaged or Defective Items: Contact the seller immediately. Most sellers will replace or refund damaged items.
- Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong product, contact the seller for a replacement or refund.
- Not as Described: If the product significantly differs from the listing, reach out to discuss a resolution.
- Changed Your Mind: Due to the perishable nature of garlic, most sellers cannot accept returns for change of mind.
